RECENT ACTIVITY HAS SEEN CE COMPLETE SEVERAL SOLAR PV PROJECTS
It has been no secret that the solar industry has taken a bit of a hit recently with cuts to the feed-in tariffs and the introduction of deployment caps, but it’s not all doom and gloom.
Despite these blows, solar remains a financially viable investment for many businesses. CE has been working with high consuming electricity businesses that couple financial return with a commitment to making an environmental difference: as a result we have commissioned three commercial Solar PV systems over the past two weeks:
- Airberg Ltd: 49.92kWp rooftop system at this global food distributor’s site in East Sussex.
- Bridger Packaging: 49.92kWp rooftop system at a leading paperboard packaging manufacturer based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.
- The Wyndham Estate: 16.9kWp system on the grain store at The Wyndham Estate in Somerset.
CE’s installation team headed straight for Lanoyce Nurseries in Cornwall to install a 102.96kWp ground mounted system. The Solar PV installation will reduce this wholesale nursery’s electricity costs and improve its environmental credentials – important to the nursery customers, including Sainsbury, Co-Op and Aldi – You can read more about this install here.
CE continue to support Solar PV throughout the UK, through excellence in installation and subsequent support – providing our clients with predictable financial investments alongside genuine environmental commitment.
