CleanEarth were gold sponsors of this year’s Launceston Round Table charity golf day on Friday 19 June.
The annual golf day this year saw record entries and raised £3000 which will go to local charities in Devon and Cornwall.
CleanEarth were approached to support the charity golf day by Homeleigh Garden Centre, based just outside Launceston. Homeleigh is one of the South West’s leading garden centres, established in 1983 and with over 40 departments and 80 members of staff.
CleanEarth were commissioned to install a 370kWp solar array using over 1500 PV modules at Homeleigh Garden Centre in 2014. The installation was spread over five roofs and generates over 330,000kWh of electricity a year.
